Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Reeds Worship Outloud LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at Reedsworshipoutloud@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
